Jimmy Zhou

Jimmy Zhou is an experienced professional in user experience and insights management within the gaming industry. Currently serving as Insights Manager at Riot Games since May 2020, Jimmy previously held the position of UX Lab Analyst at Epic Games, where responsibilities included leading usability tests and expert reviews. Prior experience includes roles as UX Researcher and Designer at the University of California, Santa Cruz, focusing on social VR game development, as well as community management for the Computational Media program. Additional internships at Netease Games and Toolots further refined skills in user research, product management, and team leadership. Jimmy holds a Master's degree in Computational Media from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara.
