Sean Phillips

Sean Phillips currently serves as Head of Total Rewards and previously held roles including Senior Director, Enterprise Operations and Senior Director, Pillar Head of HR at Riot Games since April 2019. Prior to Riot Games, Sean was with Bain & Company where career progression included Director of Talent Management and various managerial roles from 2013 to 2019. Sean's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where as Director of HR Analytics, responsibilities encompassed leading the HR Analytics function and providing data-driven insights to senior management. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
