Akashdip Shah

Akashdip Shah has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting from 2023, they worked as the Head of Engineering Department at RioZim Ltd, where they joined as a Resident Engineer in Murowa diamonds pvt Ltd. Prior to this, from 2022 to 2023, they were the DH-Mechanical for Copper and Cobalt processing Plant at Somika Group SARL, responsible for the maintenance of copper and cobalt processing units. From 2016 to 2022, they were the Maintenance Manager at Hindalco Industries Limited, overseeing plant utility and raw material handling systems. Akashdip also served as an Assistant Manager and Mechanical Engineer at Hindalco Industries Limited from 2008 to 2016. Lastly, in 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Project Engineer at Welspun Gujarat Stahl Rohren Ltd., where they completed planning, design, erection, and commissioning of a notable hot rolled plate and coil mill project.

Akashdip Shah completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar from 2001 to 2005. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in Operation Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
