Jim Low has a long and varied career in business and non-profit work. Jim began their career in 1990 as a Non-Profit Intake/Outreach Worker at Covenant House International. Jim then moved to U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate as a Legislative Assistant in 1992. In 2000, they became an Associate Brand Manager at Nabisco. In 2001, they joined Mondelez International as a Senior Director of North American Gum, Senior Director of Nabisco Sales Planning, Senior Marketing Director of Wholesome Savory Snacks, Marketing Director of Wheat Thins and Triscuit, and Senior Associate Brand Manager of New Products. In 2016, they were promoted to General Manager at Enjoy Life Foods, and then Senior Director of Global New Ventures at Mondelez International / Enjoy Life Foods. In 2017, they became Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Schuman Cheese. Finally, in 2019, they were appointed President at Rip Van.

Jim Low attended UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they obtained their MBA in Marketing and General Management. Prior to that, they obtained their BA from William & Mary, where they studied Religion/Government.
