Josh Mann

Josh Mann currently serves as the Baseball Operations Coordinator at Ripken Baseball, a position held since January 2023, after previously interning in the same organization as a Baseball Operations Intern during the summer of 2022. In these roles, Josh Mann has focused on enhancing the “Ripken Experience” for young athletes through facility management and customer service, while also acting as a Tournament Official. Prior to these positions, Josh Mann worked as a Desk Attendant at York College of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities included providing customer service and promoting health safety during the Covid-19 pandemic. Josh Mann’s experience in customer service was further developed during a tenure at CVS Health, where attention to customer satisfaction and inventory management was key. Josh Mann holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from York College of Pennsylvania, following a high school diploma from River Hill High School.
