Jerod Martin

Jerod Martin's work experience includes serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Ripple Junction Design Co. starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Co-Founder of botanCBD from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for securing funding, conducting market research, and developing go-to-market strategies. From 2020 to 2022, Jerod was the Research, Development, and Manufacturing Leader at CannGoods, overseeing laboratory operations and product development. Jerod was also the Operations Leader at E5 Chem from 2019 to 2020, responsible for developing operational strategies. Jerod's experience also includes being the CEO of Spectra Technologies, where they co-founded E5 Chem, and serving as a Business & Marketing Consultant at JMM Consulting.

Jerod Martin has a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Moody Bible Institute. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications such as Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC) from the Management & Strategy Institute in April 2023 and Designing Product Families: From Strategy to Implementation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in August 2021.
