Avinash Medida is an experienced consultant and Senior Recruiting Coordinator with a focus on connecting students to career opportunities and improving hiring processes. Since February 2021, Avinash has worked at RippleMatch, where responsibilities include analyzing recruitment trends and overseeing the sourcing and hiring for the Leadership Development Internship. Avinash holds a Master's degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University and currently operates as a self-employed consultant since February 2023.
