Neelesh Lohani

Neelesh Lohani is a Senior Engineering Manager at Rippling since March 2019, where responsibilities include building a customer acquisition platform that significantly contributes to new customer demos. Previously, Neelesh served as a Software Engineer at Scribe, a Y Combinator startup, developing the backend for a workflow automation engine using Python/Flask/Celery. Prior experience includes a Software Engineer role at MeTripping, focusing on the architecture of the backend system and creating a large-scale crawler, as well as an internship at Debug Design Private Limited, where a web application for legal document parsing was implemented. Neelesh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand, completed in 2017.
