Tatiana Birgisson

Tatiana Birgisson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth and marketing operations. Currently serving as VP of Growth at Rippling since August 2022, Tatiana has held various leadership positions including Senior Director and Director of Growth within the same company. Prior to Rippling, Tatiana was the Head of Marketing & Operations at OpenStore from March 2021 to July 2022, and Director of Growth Marketing at Ampush from 2020 to March 2021. Tatiana's career began at McKinsey & Company as an Associate from 2018 to 2020, and earlier as the Founder & CEO of MATI Energy from 2012 to 2018, a recognized clean-certified energy drink company featured in Inc. and Forbes 30 Under 30. Tatiana holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University.
