Disha Shah

Disha Shah has extensive work experience in various roles within the accounting and risk advisory fields. Disha is currently working as a Senior Consultant at RISCPoint since April 2023. Prior to this, Disha worked at BARR Advisory, P.A. as a Senior Consultant from November 2021 to February 2023 and as an Associate Consultant, Cyber Risk Advisory from October 2021 to October 2022. Disha also gained experience as a Risk Advisory Associate at KPMG US from August 2020 to October 2021. Earlier in their career, Disha held internships at Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC as an Internal Audit Intern, BDO USA, LLP as an Audit Intern, and SK Tax Associates as a Tax Intern. Disha also worked as a Supplemental Instructor at Northern Illinois University and as an Accounting Intern at Rely Services, Inc. These roles have equipped Disha with a comprehensive understanding of accounting, risk management, and advisory services.

Disha Shah has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University. Additionally, they also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and Information System from the same institution.

In terms of additional certifications, Disha has completed the "MySQL Essential Training" course offered by LinkedIn in October 2019. Disha has also obtained certifications as a Microsoft Office Excel Expert and Microsoft Office Access Specialist in December 2018 and November 2018 respectively, both from Microsoft.
