Ilya Kutsev

Ilya Kutsev has a strong background in system engineering and administration. Ilya started their career in 2006 at Scientific Production Association "Anna" as an IT Support Engineer, where they were responsible for office infrastructure administration and user support. During their time there, they integrated Redmine for development purposes and migrated a significant portion of desktops to Ubuntu and thin clients.

In 2011, Ilya joined SUP Fabrik as a Windows System Administrator, focusing on office infrastructure maintenance and upgrade. Ilya worked on a variety of systems, including Windows-based servers, Exchange cluster, and business systems. In 2013, SUP Fabrik merged with Rambler&Co, where they continued their role as a Windows System Administrator until 2014.

After that, Ilya joined RAMBLER&Co as a Windows System Administrator and later took on the role of Senior System Administrator. In this position, they were responsible for providing and maintaining IT services such as network authentication, email services, and file resources. Ilya also participated in data migration projects and made and monitored changes according to requirements.

In 2018, Ilya was promoted to System Administration Team Lead at RAMBLER&Co, where they led a team responsible for maintaining IT services and integration with other systems. Ilya held this role until 2019.

In 2019, Ilya joined Atlantis Solutions b.v. as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer and later became the Infrastructure Manager / Infrastructure Technical Lead. In this role, they were responsible for managing and leading infrastructure projects.

Most recently, Ilya has joined Riscure as a Senior System Engineer and is currently working as a Principal System Engineer.

Ilya Kutsev completed their education at the following institutions:

- From 2006 to 2010, they attended the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Computing.

- From 2002 to 2006, they studied at the Moscow State College of Information Technology and obtained a Computer Technicians Diploma in Computer Science and Computing.

- In March 2021, they became Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft.

- In February 2019, they achieved the Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft.

- In January 2019, they obtained the MD-100 Windows 10 certification from Microsoft.

- In February 2016, they became a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Messaging from Microsoft.

- In December 2014, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Office 365 certification from Microsoft.

- In August 2014, they became an Apple Certified Associate: Mac Management Basics 10.9 (9L0-418) from Apple.

- In July 2014, they achieved the Apple Certified Associate: Mac Integration 10.9 (9L0-409) certification from Apple.

- In May 2014, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft.

- In May 2014, they obtained the Technology Specialist: Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Configuration certification from Microsoft.

- In December 2010, they achieved the Windows Vista & Microsoft Office 2007 Specialist certification from the "Specialist" Computer Training Center.
