Shivanee Chaudhary

Shivanee Chaudhary, CFS, currently serves as the R&D Manager at Rise Baking Company since November 2024. Prior to this role, Shivanee held positions at Golden State Foods from April 2021 to November 2024, including Senior Food Scientist focused on Dairy Innovation, Project Manager, and Food Scientist. Earlier experience includes work as a Product Development Scientist at KanPak LLC from July 2017 to April 2021, and a Food Beverage Intern at Imbibe in 2017. Shivanee's background encompasses significant research and development contributions, including conceptualizing a ready-to-drink protein beverage and analyzing food safety concerns related to heavy metal contamination in juice processing during academic roles at the FDA and Illinois Institute of Technology. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Food Safety & Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and Vellore Institute of Technology, respectively.
