Ryan Byrd has worked in various roles in the food industry since 2012. Ryan began their career as an Operations Consultant at Bare Meats in 2012, followed by a role as Production Manager at The Ravioli Store in 2013. Ryan then moved to Fleisher's Pasture-Raised Meats in 2014, where they served as Director of Operations - Culinary. In 2017, they took a similar role at Mark Brand Inc. and then moved to Two Rivers Specialty Meats in 2018 as Operations Manager - Production. In 2021, Ryan became a Freelance Operations Excellence Specialist and also took on the roles of Vice President of Supply Chain and Vice President Operations at H&F Bread Co. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as Senior Operations Manager at RISE Brewing Co.
Ryan Byrd began their educational journey by obtaining an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Saint Louis Community College. Ryan then pursued Haccp Certification work at Penn State University in 2016 and is currently enrolled in a Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management program at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business since 2021. Additionally, they hold a Haccp training certificate from the National Haccp Alliance.
