Vice President Of Real Estate Development at Rise Modular

Mark Lucas has a long and varied work experience in the real estate and consumer product industries. Mark started their career in 1993 as a Product Marketing Manager at General Mills, where they had P&L responsibility for consumer brand management and marketing. In 1996, they moved to Room & Board as Senior Manager of Strategy & Corporate Development, where they led numerous strategic planning initiatives and launched the company's highly successful \"shop from home\" division. In 1998, they became Global Product Marketing Manager at Boston Scientific, where they managed a portfolio of coronary intervention devices. In 2007, they joined National Wind as Vice President of Real Estate Development and was responsible for originating new projects, raising capital, and recruiting and managing project developers. In 2015, they moved to Ecumen as Director of Real Estate Development, where they led development of a $40+ million Abiitan Mill City property. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Rise Modular as Vice President of Real Estate Development.

Mark Lucas completed their education history with an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where they studied Strategy, Finance, and Marketing. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Economics from Haverford College. Mark also attended The Blake School.
