Brian Rudiger

Brian Rudiger has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within labor organizations. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Executive Director and CEO of RISE Partnership, where they led the establishment and growth of the organization, supporting Oregon caregivers and public service workers. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2018, they held multiple positions at SEIU Local 503, including Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director, and Director of the Public Services Division. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at SEIU United Service Workers West as the Organizing Director/Southern CA Director and as the Director of Airport Workers United. Lastly, from 2000 to 2006, they were a Coordinator and Organizer at AFSCME Local 3299.
