Greg Blais

As RISE President, Greg is part of the executive team that establishes vision, policy, planning and culture for RISE. Greg leads the development team and is responsible for its strategic planning. He continues to serve as the executive-in-charge over all on-campus student housing developments. He also takes leadership roles on projects with responsibility for the legal and financial aspects of the project and drives the team to deliver on the budget and schedule. Greg attends industry-related conferences and is often a trusted speaker. With over 23 years of experience, he is a relationship builder and works diligently to develop partnerships that bring value to our clients and team members.
