Mona Vogele

As Director of Training and Development, Mona Vogele is responsible for the oversight, planning, prioritization, and development of all training programs and initiatives. In partnership with the Executive Team, she ensures that these programs and initiatives are consistent with the organization’s overall strategies, objectives, and needs.
