Jackson Boyd

Jackson Boyd is currently the Director of Athletics at Rise Science. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Client Services at Rise Science and Supervisor of Professional Services Consulting at ACTIVE Network, LLC.

Jackson has been in the customer success field for over three years. Jackson was the 4th hire at Rise Science and was brought in to develop a customer success system from the ground up. Jackson was the direct point of contact for both the account decision makers and the individual users who utilize the app. Jackson traveled across the country to give educational presentations to each customer (typically audiences of 100+) and executed all contract renewals.

At ACTIVE Network, LLC, Jackson worked with upper level management as the transition czar to incorporate JumpForward’s implementation and account management processes into Active's system. While ensuring that minimal impact was felt by our existing customers, they also managed our new Professional Services team and ensured that client trainings and onboarding were executed to our highest standards.

Jackson is a highly experienced customer success professional. Their experience spans across multiple industries, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Jackson Boyd completed a Bachelor of Science at Indiana University Bloomington in Sport Marketing and Management. Jackson also attended Essex High School.

Jackson Boyd reports to Jeff Kahn, Co-Founder & CEO. Jackson Boyd works with Leon Sasson - Co-Founder & CTO, Oddie Aaditiya Gopalan - Head of Product, and Makaziwe Makamba - Founder & Executive Director.
