Rita Fialho

Rita Fialho has a diverse work experience. Rita started their career in 2015 as a Serviços Administrativos at Grupo Moneris. In 2016, they worked as a Customer Support Assistant at Zaask. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Health Consultant Trainee at Mercer, and then transitioned to the role of Junior Consultant from 2018 to 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Consultant at Mercer and also held the position of Product Owner. In 2022, they joined NOS SGPS as a B2B New Business & Innovation - Analytics Advisor. Rita then moved to Rise Up in 2023, where they currently hold the position of Product Owner and Lead Product Owner.

Rita Fialho completed their education at various institutions and obtained additional certifications. Rita started their educational journey in 2011 and graduated in 2014 from ISCAl-Lisbon Accounting and Business School, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management. Rita then pursued further studies and completed a Master's Degree in Marketing from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management between 2014 and 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Rita Fialho also obtained several certifications. In November 2021, they acquired the certification in "Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories" from LinkedIn and "UX Writing Foundations" from EDIT. - Disruptive Digital Education. In April 2021, they completed the certification in "Product Management: Building a Product Strategy" from LinkedIn. Rita also acquired the certification in "Agile Project Management with Scrum" from EDIT. - Disruptive Digital Education in August 2020. In June 2020, Rita Fialho obtained the certifications in "Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations" and "Agile Product Owner Role: Techniques" from LinkedIn. Additionally, in May 2021, they earned the "Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®)" certification from Scrum Alliance.
