Samantha Rosette

Samantha Rosette has a diverse work experience starting from 2016 when they worked as a Personal Trainer and Mentor for Division 1-On-1 Trainers. Samantha then went on to become a Student Athlete at the University of Virginia from 2016 to 2019. During their time at the university, they also served as a Research Assistant, collaborating on issues of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

From 2019 to 2021, Samantha played professional football for teams such as BIIK Kazygurt and Gintra FC. Samantha continued their athletic career by coaching and mentoring young soccer players at Downtown United Soccer Club in 2021.

In 2022, Samantha expanded their coaching role by becoming a Coach at SR Trainings. Samantha also co-founded The Players Network (TPN) in 2023.

In addition to their sports-related work, Samantha worked for RISE as an External Facilitator, Data Analyst, and Content Creator. In this role, they facilitated trainings and dialogues on race, racism, diversity, and inclusion in the sports community.

Samantha Rosette pursued higher education at Villanova University, where they obtained their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended the University of Virginia from 2016 to 2019, achieving a Bachelor of Science in Education degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
