Steve Schmidt

Steve Schmidt is the current CEO and Founder of TIDAL, a position they have held since February of 2020. Prior to their work with TIDAL, Steve Schmidt was the Sales Director at KINETIC from August of 2019 to February of 2020. In this role, Steve and their team were responsible for developing the playbook and outbound execution for warehouse and industrial facilities to deploy and manage their experience to provide a positive impact to their workforce by reducing injury and increasing productivity.

Before their time at KINETIC, Steve had a long and successful career in sales, working their way up from entry-level positions to eventually found and lead TIDAL. Steve is a proven leader with a deep understanding of the sales process and a commitment to helping their clients succeed. Steve has used their knowledge and experience to build TIDAL into a successful company that provides its clients with the tools and resources they need to grow their businesses.

Steve Schmidt attended Brandon Valley High School and then South Dakota State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications and Theatre.
