Charlie Fuller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent position was as the Lead of Client Training at Risilience, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sopheon as the Director of Customer Education from August 2022 to March 2023, and before that, they held the role of Customer Education Lead / Implementation Consultant from March 2020 to August 2022.

Charlie also has experience as the Training Director / Senior Analyst at Sigmaxim from January 2010 to October 2019. In addition, they co-founded and served as the Assistant Director of bluesShout!, where they led a team in producing dance events and education in the emerging Blues dance genre from January 2007 to June 2014.

Before that, Charlie worked as an Instructor at the California Superbike School from January 2008 to January 2010 and as the Engineering Systems/Training Manager at Mark Andy from October 2005 to March 2009. In this role, they were responsible for training end users in CAD/CAM/PDM/PLM toolset and managing the migration to Windchill PLM.

Charlie Fuller earned a Bachelor's degree from Macalester College, attending from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Kirkpatrick Certified Professional - Bronze Level from Kirkpatrick Partners, LLC in April 2022 and the Product-Led Growth Certificate Program from ProductLed in December 2021. Charlie has also completed several online courses and certifications from LinkedIn, such as Effective Listening, Project Management: Preventing Scope Creep, Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations, Business Intelligence for Consultants, Change Management Foundations, Managing Organizational Change for Managers, and Train the Trainer, all obtained in 2020. Furthermore, they acquired the Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning course from LinkedIn in January 2020, as well as the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certifications from Scrum Alliance® in December 2019 and November 2019, respectively.
