Nina Pepper

Nina Pepper has over 20 years of experience in marketing. Nina began their career in 2000 as Marketing Director at The Preference Service, a Royal Mail and Dutch Post joint venture backed permission marketing organisation. In this role they were a member of the senior management team and responsible for strategic planning of all marketing activity. In 2005, they became Marketing Director at Pureprofile. Nina then moved on to Architect Your Home Ltd in 2007 as Head of Marketing & PR. From 2011 to 2018, they worked as a Marketing Consultant, and was also Global Director - Demand Generation at GoCardless from 2018 to 2020. Nina then joined Divido in 2020 as Chief Marketing Officer, and most recently became SVP Marketing at Risilience in 2021. Risilience is a climate change platform, working with companies to remove 240 million tonnes of CO2e emissions.

Nina Pepper attended Northumbria University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a BA in Business Studies. Following this, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing between 1998 and 2000.
