Mary-Beth Rausch

Mary-Beth Rausch has extensive work experience in operations and management roles in the insurance and healthcare industries. Mary-Beth currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Rising Medical Solutions, where they manage operations and customer service. Prior to their current role, Mary-Beth served as the Director of Operations and Customer Service at the same company.

Before joining Rising Medical Solutions, Mary-Beth worked at TRAVELERS as an Operations Manager, overseeing policy service activities and collaborating with underwriting and service staff.

Mary-Beth also held various positions at Assurant Health, including Director of Resource Center, Manager of Claims Operations Resource Team, Operations Support Manager, Project Manager, and Customer Service Manager. In these roles, Mary-Beth directed and oversaw statistical reporting, implemented efficiency programs, and managed teams to achieve departmental goals.

Mary-Beth Rausch obtained a BBA degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
