Shavay Vander

Shavay oversees the company’s efforts with regard to third-party real estate and property management operations. She is an accomplished Manager with over 10 years of professional experience. Shavay is known for being a problem solver, effective communicator, and relationship builder.

Shavay began her career in residential real estate as a Loan Officer for a family-owned company. Shavay was awarded most successful loan officer and moved on to become a corporate trainer. She decided to explore other areas of real estate and began her career in Commercial Real Estate as a Leasing Assistant for Equity Office. Due to her relationship building, she moved to the property management side and spent 10 years with Equity Office, Decron and Cushman & Wakefield where she managed over 4 million square feet of class A office, retail and mixed-use space.
