Scott Buley is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Rising Sun Pictures since June 2020, Scott has held significant roles including People and Capability Consultant at RAA and Human Resources Business Partner at Boeing. Scott's expertise encompasses leadership development, cultural change, human resource management, and workplace health and safety. Notable achievements include implementing an organisational development management framework, resolving complex industrial disputes, managing organisational restructures, and spearheading multi-year cultural change initiatives. Scott's educational background includes a Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba and several certifications, including a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
