Kerry Crossland

Kerry Crossland has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, Kerry worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Shoprite, leading a team in the "Sell Front-end" environment. In 2013, Kerry joined DirectAxis as a Senior Business Analyst, contributing to their contact center replacement project and assisting with negotiations for licensing costs. Kerry then moved on to Old Mutual Limited in 2015, where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst, handling the funeral administration system integration. Kerry also worked at Maitland as a Senior Business Analyst, contributing to critical deliveries and resolving fee customization issues. Kerry's experience continued at Intembeko Investment Administration as a Senior Business Analyst, leading the migration of systems and managing user acceptance testing. In 2018, Kerry joined Afro Ant Consulting as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner, working on strategic projects for Old Mutual South Africa and then as an Independent Contractor for Effective Analytics. Most recently, Kerry worked at Riskonnect, Inc. as a Product Owner and is currently a Product Manager, starting in 2022. Overall, Kerry has demonstrated a strong track record in business analysis, product management, and project implementation across multiple industries.

Kerry Crossland has a diverse education history spanning several years. Starting in 1979, Kerry attended Highlands Primary School in Zimbabwe for an unknown field of study. From 1983 to 1984, Kerry attended Brackenhurst Primary School in South Africa for primary school education.

In 1985, Kerry enrolled in Bracken High School in South Africa and obtained a Matric degree in High School in 1989.

Moving on to post-secondary education, Kerry attended various institutions and obtained multiple certifications. In 2004, Kerry received a Certificate in Business Analysis Using UML from Solms. During the same year, Kerry also obtained a Certificate in Practical Software Testing for Business Analysts and Quality Assurance Personnel from Test and Data Services.

In 2005, Kerry attended the University of Johannesburg, earning a Certificate in Business Management: Analysis (cum laude). The following year, in 2006, Kerry received a Certificate in IT Project Management (cum laude) from the University of Johannesburg. Also in 2006, Kerry obtained a Certificate in Business Process Information and Analysis from What? How?

In 2011, Kerry attended the Faculty Training Institute and received a Certificate in Business Process Modeling. The next year, in 2012, Kerry obtained a Diploma in Business Analysis from the same institution.

In 2013, Kerry attended IQ Business and completed a Certificate in Agile Bootcamp.

Moving forward to 2014, Kerry attended Verint and obtained several certificates. These include a Certificate in Interactions - Application Administration (Quality Monitoring), Certificate in Interactions - End user (Quality Monitoring), Certificate in Interactions - Form designer (Quality Monitoring), and a Certificate in Framework - Unified user management framework.

Kerry's most recent educational pursuit was at Next Level Impact, where a Diploma in Leadership and Management was earned from 2017 to 2018.

Additionally, Kerry has obtained two additional certifications outside of the chronological education history. In 2021, Kerry obtained a certification in Agile Product Owner Role: Techniques from LinkedIn and a certification in Risk Management from The Open University.
