Knute Ohman, MBA, MSA, has extensive work experience in various roles related to audit, compliance, and risk management. Knute is currently serving as an Internal Audit and Compliance Product Manager at Riskonnect, Inc. since January 2021. Before that, they worked at TCF Bank as a GRC Program Manager from February 2016 to December 2020. Prior to TCF Bank, Knute worked at Thomson Reuters, where they held the positions of Product Manager - Audit and Internal Controls Solutions from September 2011 to February 2016, and Business Consultant, Audit and Control Risk from June 2009 to September 2011. Earlier in their career, Knute worked at Paisley Consulting as an Application Analyst from November 2007 to June 2009, at Citadel as an Application Support Analyst from October 2004 to July 2007, and at Frontier Trust as a Senior Account Analyst from August 2000 to July 2004.

Knute Ohman, MBA, MSA, has a strong educational background with degrees from the University of Illinois Chicago and Minnesota State University Moorhead. Knute obtained their MBA and MS in Accounting, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Illinois Chicago between 2004 and 2007. Prior to that, Knute completed their BA in Business Economics at Minnesota State University Moorhead, from 1995 to 2000.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Knute also possesses several industry certifications. Knute became a Certified Scrum Product Owner in June 2015 through the Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, in December 2011, they obtained memberships in both The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. as an IIA Member and Pragmatic Marketing through Pragmatic Marketing Certification.
