Yvonne Shanahan

Yvonne Shanahan has a strong background in risk management and technology solutions. Yvonne began their career in 1999 at Risk Sciences Group, where they served as a Senior Account Manager and Project Manager. During this time, Yvonne managed a portfolio of Fortune 1000 accounts, focusing on Risk Management Information Systems. Their responsibilities included application development, database administration, and project management, as well as data reporting and user training.

In 2014, Yvonne joined Marsh as a Vice President Senior Client Executive at Marsh ClearSight, a business unit of Marsh Inc. Here, they provided technology, analytics, and service solutions to various industries, such as healthcare, retail/wholesale, and financial. Yvonne managed client relationships and oversaw the implementation and management of the SaaS platform.

Currently, Yvonne is serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Riskonnect, Inc. (formerly Marsh ClearSight). In this role, they support clients in maximizing the value of the company's SaaS Integrated Risk Management platform. Yvonne is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and assisting clients in achieving their risk management goals.

Throughout their career, Yvonne has demonstrated expertise in risk management, technology solutions, client management, and project management.

Yvonne Shanahan's education history includes studying Business Administration and Management, General at Indiana University Northwest. Yvonne also pursued Pre-Nursing Studies at Harper College and obtained a certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant. In addition, they completed the Harvard Business Publishing Transitioning to People Management Program in November 2017.
