Stephen Beiter has a background primarily in technical support and customer service. Stephen started their career in 2014 at Xerox as a Customer Service Engineer, where they collaborated with a team to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and upgrade Xerox machines and networks. Stephen also played a key role in streamlining scheduling, which improved team efficiency.
