Prabhu Manoharan

Prabhu Manoharan has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Prabhu began their career as an IT Consultant at TCS/DSQ Software, where they were involved in software delivery projects for strategic business needs. Prabhu then worked as a Functional Consultant at Cap Gemini, contributing to the Inland Revenue UK project. After that, they joined Accenture as an Insurance Business Analysis Lead, winning multiple Mega Deals and managing significant account revenue. Prabhu then moved to PwC as an Insurance Advisory Lead, where they generated substantial annual revenue and led core transformation initiatives. Prabhu later joined Innovation Group Australia as the Strategy and Operations Lead for Fleet Technology Products, focusing on strategic alignment and software adoption. Prabhu returned to PwC as a Senior Manager, specializing in Financial Services and managing key deals for Australian banks and insurers. Prabhu also played a vital role in designing and delivering compliance goals for various financial institutions. Subsequently, Prabhu joined Value.Reimagined.Consulting as a Director, driving deal strategy and execution for complex solutions. Prabhu then worked at EY as part of the Financial Services Technology Consulting team before joining ServiceNow as part of the FS Advisory Solutions team. Currently, Prabhu is the Director of Strategic Business Development- Global at Riterz.

Prabhu Manoharan completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University from 1996 to 2000. They also attained an AINS degree in General Insurance from AICPCU/IIA in 2009-2010 and became a Guidewire certified Policy Center Functional Expert from Guidewire in 2013. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
