Brittany Lee-Still

Brittany Lee-Still currently serves as the Admissions Coordinator at Rithm School. Prior to their current position, they worked as the Foster Program Coordinator at Muddy Paws Rescue from February 2020 to February 2022. In this role, Brittany was responsible for matchmaking and counseling prospective adopters to ensure pets and their new parents were set up for success, as well as processing animal intakes and creating and maintaining health and behavioral records for adoptable pets. Brittany also administered medication to dogs and cats as needed, trained staff and volunteers, and ensured quality customer service.

From September 2019 to January 2020, Brittany served as an Adoption Specialist at Best Friends Animal Society. In this role, they provided matchmaking and counseling to prospective adopters to ensure pets and their new parents were set up for success, processed animal intakes, created and maintained health and behavioral records for adoptable pets, administered medication to dogs and cats as needed, trained staff and volunteers, and ensured quality customer service.

Prior to their work at Best Friends Animal Society, Brittany served as the Coordinator of Volunteers at CARE for Animals, Inc. from March 2018 to August 2019. In this role, they recruited, managed, and supervised hundreds of volunteers and fosters; hired and managed employees; worked closely with Executive Director to plan large annual fundraisers; planned weekly adoption events; served as CARE’s community liaison; organized special events; created and maintained community partnerships; managed donor relationships; managed social media and marketing; overhauled, redesigned, and supervised foster and spay/neuter voucher programs; prepared weekly deposits.

Brittany Lee-Still has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Brittany completed an academic internship semester in public policy analysis at The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars.

They work with Colt Steele - Guest Lecturer, Zach Derossette - Career Coach, and Spencer Armini - Teaching Assistant & Software Engineer. Brittany Lee-Still reports to Joel Burton, VP of Education.
