Schon Hubeny

Schon Hubeny has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. In 2002, they served as the Vice President of Technology at Keane Business Risk Management Solutions, where they provided Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) management solutions. They later became a Technical Advisor at The Keane Organization, Inc. In 2009, they worked as a Contractor and Consultant for PFI Tech and then joined Dell Technologies as a Client Operations Manager. Schon also worked at NTT DATA Services as a Delivery Sr. Manager & Customer Executive, providing service delivery and account management to MIT Lincoln Laboratory & Tyco/Johnson Controls. They then moved on to Citrix, where they held several roles, including Senior Manager, Public Sector, Field Support Services, Customer Success, and Senior Service Delivery Manager, Citrix Managed Services. Schon also worked at Cloud Software Group as the Director of Citrix Managed Services. In 2023, they joined IndieBench as a Consultant, specializing in IT services and technology consultancy. Currently, Schon is the Global Director of Operations at Rithum, a company that provides end-to-end platform and network capabilities for e-commerce businesses.

Schon Hubeny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Management Information Systems from Northeastern University. In addition, Hubeny has obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in 2022.
