Lexanne Horton has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Lexanne began their career as a Staff Accountant, Audit Services at Deloitte & Touche in 1989. Lexanne then moved to The Jackson Clinic, P.A. in 1991, where they served as a Controller for six years. In 1997, they joined West Tennessee Healthcare, where they held various roles including Controller of Post Acute Care Services, Director of Physician Practice Management, and Controller of System Services. Lexanne then worked at UT Medical Group from 2000 to 2011, serving as the Vice-President of Child Health. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at NEA Baptist Clinic.
