Emilio Tovilla

Emilio Tovilla is currently serving as a Law Clerk at Rittgers Rittgers & Nakajima and as a Legal Intern at the University of Cincinnati Patent & Trademark Clinic. Previously, Tovilla held the position of Law Clerk at Porter Rennie Woodard Kendall, LLP, and worked as an Educator at lululemon. Tovilla has experience in public service as a District Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives and a Congressional Intern for the United States Senate. Additional roles include Admissions Counselor at Regis University and Summer Legal Intern at Liberal Municipal Court, where responsibilities included updating city ordinances and translating documents. Tovilla graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Regis University and is pursuing a Juris Doctor at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, having also competed as a NCAA student-athlete during undergraduate studies.
