Leah Gilmore

Leah Gilmore has held various roles in operations and management in the wellness and healthcare industry, starting as an Esthetician at Spa Radiance. She then transitioned to managing clinical esthetics at Skin Presence MD before becoming a small business owner at Clarity Clinical Skincare. She further advanced her career as a Regional Manager at Equinox before taking on leadership positions at Eden Health, Uno Health, and currently Ritual as the Head of Operations. Leah's educational background includes attending Sonoma Valley High School and Santa Rosa Junior College.
