Allie Kim

Allie Kim has extensive experience in the beverage industry, with their most recent position being as a Market Manager at Ritual Zero Proof since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Craft Spirits Specialist at Three Floyd's Distillery from February to December 2022. Allie also held various roles at Breakthru Beverage Group from March 2017 to November 2021, including Craft Spirits Specialist, Craft Beverage Specialist, and On Premise Independent Sales.

Before joining Breakthru Beverage Group, Allie worked as a Beverage Director/Partner at Ronero from April 2016 to March 2017. Allie also served as a Bartender/Beverage Consultant at Maple and Ash from November 2015 to August 2016, and as a Lead Bartender/Assistant Beverage Director at Momotaro from May 2014 to November 2015.

Allie's earlier experience includes positions such as Bartender/Cocktail Server at Sable Kitchen and Bar from July 2011 to May 2014, Bartender at Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse from October 2012 to May 2013, Bartender at Sunda New Asian from April to October 2012, and Bartender at Roka Akor from January to April 2012.

Throughout their career, Allie has gained expertise in bartending, beverage consulting, craft spirits, and sales within the beverage industry.

Allie Kim's education history begins in 1994, when they attended Libertyville Highschool and completed their general high school education in 1998. From 1999 to 2002, Allie attended the College of Lake County, where they focused on pre-pharmacy studies. In 2002, they transferred to the University of Illinois Chicago, where they continued their pre-pharmacy studies but also pursued biochemistry. In 2004, Allie's time at the University of Illinois Chicago came to an end. In 2005, they commenced their studies at Harrington College of Design, specializing in interior design. Allie completed their education at Harrington College of Design in 2009.
