Brigit Poppelaars is a seasoned professional in customer experience and program management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Customer Experience at Rituals since December 2017, Brigit previously held positions as a Program Engineer at Performance Solutions and Account Manager at MCI Group, a leader in engagement and activation solutions. Earlier in the career, Brigit served as a Team Coordinator and Project Manager at Performance Improvement BV and worked as a Coordinator for Groups & Incentives at Frantour.
