Delvert Guillaume

Delvert Guillaume is an experienced sommelier currently serving as the Directeur adjoint de la sommellerie at Ritz Paris since September 2017, having progressed through roles including 1er sommelier and sommelier since joining. Prior experience includes positions at Evian Resort as an Apprenti sommelier, Hilton Sydney as a sommelier, and Saint James Paris, where Delvert held roles as both sommelier and Apprenti sommelier. Delvert holds a BP sommelier degree from ICOP and an MC Sommellerie from CFA Médéric, as well as pursuing certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Additionally, educational background includes a degree in Littérature from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
