Andres Cardona

Andres Cardona has worked in various roles in the biomedical engineering field since 2011. Andres began as a Research and Design Engineering Intern at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago in 2011. In 2012, they became an Independent Consultant. From 2014-2020, they worked as a Biomedical Research Engineer at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. In 2020, they moved to Sibel Health as a Signal Processing Engineer. Currently, they are a Senior Biomedical DSP Engineer at Riva Health since 2022.

Andres Cardona obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia between 2007 and 2012. Andres then went on to earn a Master of Science (MS) in Health Informatics from Northwestern University between 2017 and 2020.
