Marilyn Stebbins

Marilyn Stebbins has had a long and successful career in pharmacy. Marilyn began their career as a Clinical Pharmacist at the VA Northern California System of Clinics in 1989. In 1996, they took on the role of Pharmacy Utilization Director at Dignity Health Medical Foundation/Mercy Medical Group, and also became a Professor Emeritus of Clinical Pharmacy at UCSF. Her clinical work at UCSF focused on the elderly and underserved, and they had an interest in health policy, Medicare Part D, geriatrics, medication cost containment strategies, transitions in care, and interprofessional education. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Pharmacy Director at Riva Health.

Marilyn Stebbins received their Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of California, San Francisco in 1988, having studied Pharmacy. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Biochemistry from UC San Diego in 1984.
