Julie Warner

Julie Warner is a Senior Support Scientist at RIVA Solutions, Inc., specializing in collaboration with NOAA CoastWatch since April 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as a Missile Defense Analyst at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory from September 2013 to May 2021, where Julie developed data processing and radar threat tracking analysis for various defense systems, provided timely analysis results, and enhanced target tracking algorithms. Additional roles include research at American University, where Julie designed experiments on acoustic reflection coefficients, and at the University of Rhode Island, studying geophysical fluid dynamics. Julie holds a Master of Science in Applied Physics from Johns Hopkins Engineering for Professionals and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from American University, complemented by a minor in Anthropology.
