Erin Straub

Erin Straub is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and operations within the biopharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as Associate Director of Corporate Strategy & Operations at Riva Therapeutics since July 2022, Erin leads strategic planning and operational initiatives for a precision medicine oncology startup. Prior to this role, Erin was Senior Alliance Manager at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, managing a $25M alliance and overseeing research development plans. Earlier positions include Business Development Manager at Harvard University, where Erin negotiated biopharma partnerships, and several research roles focused on cancer biology and cellular processes, culminating in a Ph.D. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Erin's academic background also includes a B.S. in Biology and English from Georgetown College and a study abroad experience at the University of Oxford.
