Alexandra McMahon

Alexandra McMahon is currently the Director of Client Services at Rival Insurance Technology and Custom Software Solutions Inc. With previous experience as a Customer Experience Specialist Leader and Call Center Manager at Execulink Telecom, Tandet, and Ontario One Call, Alexandra has a strong background in client services and customer care. Graduating from Loyalist College in 2003, Alexandra also held the role of Business Development Manager at Ceridian before transitioning into client services roles.
