Matt Hudson is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Chief Investment Officer and Head of Equities at River Global Investors since February 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Schroders from March 2013 to February 2020, where Matt managed flagship Income Funds and led the Business Cycle Investment team, achieving top quartile performance for the Schroders UK Alpha Income Fund. Previously, Matt was a Fund Manager at Cazenove Capital from March 2001 to May 2013, overseeing the successful growth of two UK equity income products. Earlier in the career, Matt served as Director of Pan European Equities at AIB Govett and began as a Chartered Accountant at PwC. Matt holds a degree in History from Magdalene College, University of Cambridge.
