Carolyn Buckby Chartered Fcipd

Carolyn Buckby is a Chartered FCIPD professional with extensive experience in human resources and project support. Currently, Carolyn holds positions as Research Project Support for the QuantumBirds research team at the University of Oxford and as HR Project Lead for the River Learning Trust, overseeing HR initiatives for a network of 28 schools. Carolyn also contributes as a Volunteer Enterprise Adviser for the Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership, aiding young people's career education. Previously, Carolyn worked at The Open University for over 26 years, taking on various leadership roles, including Head of the Associate Lecturer People Change Programme, where Carolyn led negotiations for a new employment contract for approximately 5000 staff members. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Open University, alongside other certifications in human resources and economics.
