Naziya Syeda

Naziya Syeda has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Naziya currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead - APAC at Riverbed Technology since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Informatica for 9 years, from October 2011 to September 2020, where they held the position of Senior Technical Recruiter. In addition, they also served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Research Analyst at Informatica from October 2011 to April 2014. Before joining Informatica, Naziya worked at Oracle as a Recruitment Research Analyst from September 2010 to July 2011, where they specialized in utilizing advanced sourcing tools and techniques to find and filter candidates through Boolean Search techniques and social media recruitment.

Naziya Syeda has a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Human Resource Management from Christ University, which they obtained in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they completed their MBA in HR & Operations Management at M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Management from 2007 to 2009. Naziya'sundergraduate studies were in Marketing Management at M.S. Ramaiah Degree College from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, Naziya has obtained a number of certifications, including Instahiring Master Recruiter from Talview, Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in 2016, and LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter and a LinkedIn Recruiter Expert certification from LinkedIn in 2013.
