Seyed Amir Alavi

Seyed Amir Alavi is an Embedded Software Engineer at Riverlane. Seyed was previously a Firmware Engineer at Voltaware, where they were responsible for the development of the firmware for Voltaware's smart meters. Seyed has also worked as a Teaching Fellow and Research Assistant at Queen Mary University of London, and as an Embedded System Engineer at Gostaresh Hararat Matboe Nour.

Seyed Amir Alavi has a PhD in Electronic Engineering from Queen Mary University of London, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems from Shahid Beheshti University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Power Transmission and Distribution Networks from Power and Water University of Technology (PWUT). Seyed also has certification from Doulos in Comprehensive Verilog Online and Xilinx - Advanced Embedded Systems Hardware and Software Design Online, as well as certification from EPCC in GPU Programming with CUDA.
