Valuation Services - Associate Director

Full-time · Atlanta, United States

Job description

When you join the Valuation Services group within our Financial Advisory (FA) segment, you will be part of a team working hand-in-hand with our clients to develop complex financial models to determine the fair value of various business interests and assets. Our group partners with clients to navigate strategic business initiatives and financial reporting matters associated with transformative business growth or events – such as a carve-out, IPO, merger and acquisitions. At its core, the work we do in FA is driven by change, which means the projects are dynamic in nature and the impact of your work will be highly visible.   As an Associate Director, you will lead the delivery of client engagements, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for the client, guiding a team of junior consultants through the project lifecycle, and ensuring high quality projects are consistently executed on time and on budget. While developing your project and people management skills, you will further augment your advisory toolkit by digging deep into client problems in real-time and delivering ongoing thought partnership. We expect Associate Directors to own workstreams and projects, interface directly with senior client executives, and develop tailored deliverables. With business leaders to guide you along the way – including a dedicated performance advisor – you will contribute to developing the practice as we continue to invest in accelerating your growth.
