Doug Mills has a strong background in risk management, operational audit, and talent acquisition. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Doug currently serves as the Senior Managing Director - Talent Acquisition and Deployment at Riveron, a business advisory firm known for its strategic and pragmatic approach. Prior to joining Riveron, Doug held various roles at Fidelity Investments and Ernst & Young. Doug holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University and has a strong educational background from Texas Christian University's M.J. Neeley School of Business.
